Shipping policy

After you placed your order and have made payment that has cleared, your package will ship from our facility between one and three days after we receive your order. There are many shipping options that we provide. So you choose your shipping option and then the shipping times are estimated through the agency which handles your package to your destination. These shipping times and delivery estimates can vary widely. So if your package arrives damaged, you must file directly with the shipping agency. As we have no control after handing it off to them.

most shipping methods include some sort of insurance currently and so you just have to go to that agencies webpage for putting in a claim and start the claim with them. While we would like to know if you run into issues with shipping, it is ultimately a claim that you will file with them. So just keep us in the loop but know that we cannot file a claim for you since you are the receiver of the package. If there is damage, you should immediately take pictures of the package as it arrives before you open it and then also keep the packaging material and the items that are broken and document them thoroughly.
