4" Coaster Laser Jig - Two Pack, Laser Engraving Tool

This Laser Jig will Securely Hold 4” Coasters For Laser Engraving.

This pack includes TWO jigs in your purchase that will hold a total of 2 coasters. They are 3d printed by me and have a notch at the top to accommodate slight variations in size. The slate coasters in the photos are not included in the listing - but are what I use.

The coasters I used in the photos above are 3.8” (100mm) so they fit perfectly and are not too “tight”. You can also use the cork, wood, or whatever type as long as they FIT in the jig. The inner diameter of the circle in the jig is EXACTLY 4” (102mm) diameter. If your coasters are slightly large (like 4.1”), my jig has a notch and is flexible so you can spread it a little and get a good fit.

The notch also helps with removal. The outside dimensions of the outer frame of the jig is 120mm x 158mm. If you order 2 sets, I can fit up to 4 of the jigs in one envelope to ship to you. TIP- I recommend having a small L shaped carpenters square attached to your spoilboard. That will assure you get perfect alignment every time.
