• (Note, some of the cheaper coin blanks you find on Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy - that are slightly less than 40mm - about 39.89mm. They will work with this jig. But expect appx 0.3mm of play - which is still mostly imperceptible!). High quality machined coin blanks that are exactly 40.0mm are perfect and this jig allows for slight expansion, as it should, during deep relief engraving.
• NOTE: Occasionally, we have a few "Blems" - they have slight increases in surface scratches from tooling while cutting - However, they are just as precise - as none of the holes are blemished - these are HEAVILY discounted.

**IMPORTANT - READ ALL BEFORE BUYING. Opening is exactly 40.2mm. So, check your actual coin diameter. This opening is a little over 40mm to precisely fit the more expensive coins that are exactly 40mm.

This jig is 3mm thick steel. Will not melt, or burn like 3d printed - or wood jigs. IF you are deep engraving metal coins - you need this jig due to the heat.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

• 1 Steel Coin Jig (select if you want single, double, or 5 - each priced differently). 6mm bolts are NOT included. But readily available at the hardware store or amazon.
• Specifications: Coin Opening - Exactly 40.2mm - Real "40mm" blanks/coins will NOT slide around at all.
• Bolt Hole Diameter - Slightly larger than 6mm so will not move - a 6mm bolt fits perfectly & easily.
  Bolt Spacing - Exactly 50.0mm center to center. So check your bed bolt spacing. (We have other Xtool F1 jigs available in other listings that use the smaller bolt holes).(warning: ComMarker uses 5mm bolts)
• Thickness - 3mm (.119)
• Material - Mild or stainless Steel
• Overall Width - 65mm (single) - Double, Quad & Fiver varies. Again, measure your coins. I am not responsible if you buy this and your coin is over 40.0mm-or if it is grossly under 40mm. This jig is GUARANTEED TO FIT the brass 40mm blanks from HeavyMetalBlanksCo here on Etsy. Those are the coins I designed the jig around. They measure 40.0-40.08mm.
• There will be some carbon marks & some tooling marks on these from production. Doesn't affect performance and each one is inspected and deburred where machines moved.
