• On all models, there will be some light tooling marks near holes where the automated cutter makes contact with the surface while traveling. This is normal.
• NOTE: We may have a few "BLEMS" - which are noted as an option. They have "more numerous" surface scratches from tooling while cutting; and/or sanding/scratched areas that make the surface non-uniform in appearance - However, they are just as precise - as none of the holes are blemished - these are HEAVILY discounted. All tolerances remain in tact. Please be aware of what you are buying before you order.
• Built specifically for the Xtool F1, F2 beds AND F1 ULTRA, F2 ULTRA, F2 ULTRA UV laser bed - but ALSO has extra holes for mounting on a Fiber Laser (if it has standard 25mm or 50mm bolt spacing - which is normally what a JPT or MOPA has)!
• So, if you own 1 of the above lasers; all of them - or will in the future - NO need to buy Another Jig! :-)
• Super Precise, Steel Laser Jig for Laser Engraving - 40mm Jig Size. Coins in photos are not included. **This item is Patent Pending.
• PLEASE NOTE: Due to these jigs accommodating 3 different machines (and X-Tool not placing bolt holes exactly centered on their beds) the jig will sit SLIGHTLY OFF CENTER on F1 & Ultra beds (see photos!) - however, our free templates ASSURE functional placement.
• It is built SPECIFICALLY FOR F1/F2, F1 Ultra & F2 ULTRA, and Fiber beds!
• WE USE Them Ourselves- They Work GREAT.
• NOTE: We built the XTool templates using an F1 and an F1 ULTRA - which have same size bed and hole spacing as the newer F2 and F2 ULTRA series. So keep in mind that although the XCS templates for Xtool will work - they could be slightly off. All you need to do is ungroup the items in the template, nudge them to match your jig while framing (NOT the Xtool Camera!), then regroup them.
• The Xtool camera is skewed and not for exact placement reference.
  Note on Coin Blanks: Some of the cheaper blanks you find on Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy - are slightly less than 40mm - about 39.90mm. They will work with this jig. But expect more play than the higher quality machined blanks - which is still mostly imperceptible!). Keep this in mind if using the cheaper coin blanks which are slightly smaller. I use them and it works for me for all coins if they are close to 40mm.

• This jig is 3mm thick steel. Will not melt, or burn like 3d printed - or wood jigs. IF you are deep engraving metal coins - you need this jig due to the heat.
• It also has a slot for picking the coin blanks out. 40mm Jig: Opening is exactly 40.2mm. So, check your actual coin diameter. This opening is a little over 40mm to precisely fit the more expensive coins that are exactly 40mm. This allows for EXACT placement without getting stuck during hotter engraves.
• IMPORTANT PLACEMENT NOTE for the 5 coin jig ONLY: (SEE PHOTOS) - The Xtool beds are built with bolt holes on separate distance and patterns between the F1/F2 & Ultras. In order to create this all-in-one (fits all) unit - the mounting holes were drilled in the center of the jig. When you mount this jig on your Ultra - it will sit slightly off center. This affects NOTHING. See the photos.
• On the F1/F2, you'll see in the photo that the F1/F2 bed is too small to accommodate more than 3 coins & keep this an all in one jig. Our templates are built with this in mind and will assist you in exact placement. Do not worry - it doesn't affect functionality.
• WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 Steel Coin Jig. YOU Choose between a SINGLE, DOUBLE or FIVER** ("Blems also available heavily discounted). **(however, the FIVER will ONLY accommodate 3 coins on an X-Tool F1/F2 due to it's small bed size - SEE PHOTO).
• Holes fit 3mm (M3) for F1/F2 beds; 4mm (M4) for Ultra beds ; and 6mm (M6) for Fiber (bolts are NOT included). But readily available at the hardware store or amazon.

• Coin Size Opening 40mm Jig: Exactly 40.2mm - (Real "40mm" blanks/coins will NOT slide around at all.)
• Bolt Opening Diameter 3mm holes for the Xtool F1/F2 bed, 4mm for the Ultra - PLUS 6mm holes to fit a Fiber Laser Beds! Bolt Spacing Exactly spaced to fit the F1/F2 & F1/F2 Ultra beds & for the Fiber Lasers, the bolt spacing is 25.0 & 50.0mm center to center (verify yours!).
• Thickness - 3mm (.119) Material - Mild Steel or Stainless depending on market prices and availability- all have same specs though.
• Again, measure your coins. I am not responsible if you buy this and your coin is over 40.0mm-or if it is grossly under 40mm. Those are the coins I designed the jigs around.
