• CHOOSE Either 1.25" (Now as an adapter) And/or the 40mm Jig Size. Coins in photos are not included. **This item is Patent Pending.
• NOTE, some of the cheaper coin blanks you find on Amazon, Ebay, or Etsy - that are slightly less than 40mm - about 39.90mm, or , less than 1.25". They will work with this jig. But you need to expect more play than the higher quality machined blanks - which is still mostly imperceptible!

.*IMPORTANT - READ ALL BEFORE BUYING.

• This jig is 3mm thick steel. Will not melt, or burn like 3d printed - or wood jigs. IF you are deep engraving metal coins - you need this jig due to the heat.
• It also has a slot for picking the coin blanks out.
• 40mm Jig: Opening is exactly 40.2mm. So, check your actual coin diameter. This opening is a little over 40mm to precisely fit the more expensive coins that are exactly 40mm.
• 1.25" Jig adapter: Opening is 1.256" (31.9mm). Good blanks are usually nearly exactly 1.25" (31.75mm). This allows for EXACT placement without getting stuck during hotter engraves.

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 Steel Coin Jig - Choose 1.25" adapter and/or 40mm jig. 3mm (M3), 4mm (M4) and 6mm (M6) bolts are NOT included. (But readily available within our 50mm jig listing as a 4 pack, the hardware store or Amazon.)

• Specifications: 40mm Jig: Exactly 40.2mm - (Real "40mm" blanks/coins will NOT slide around at all.) Bolt Diameter - 3mm holes for the Xtool F1/F2 bed, 4mm holes for the Ultras, PLUS 6mm holes to fit a Fiber Laser Beds!
• Bolt Spacing - Exactly spaced to fit the F1/F2 bed, F1 Ultra & F2 Ultra & for the Fiber Lasers, spacing is 50.0mm center to center.
• Thickness - 3mm (.119) Material - Mild or stainless Steel
• Overall Width - 65mm Again, measure your coins. I am not responsible if you buy this and your coin is over 1.25", 40.0mm-or if it is grossly under 1.25" or 40mm.
• This jig is GUARANTEED TO FIT (depending on the jig size you choose) the brass 1.25", or 40mm blanks from HeavyMetalBlanksCo found on Etsy. Those are the coins I designed the jig around.
  There will be some carbon marks & some tooling marks on these from production. Doesn't affect performance and each one is inspected and deburred where machines moved.
