Where is my order?

Use the steps below to check your order status anytime — no account required.

Step 1 — Find your order number

Check your order confirmation email from Hot Fabs LLC. Your order number starts with # (for example, #1001).

Step 2 — Check your order status

You have two easy options:

• Log in to your account — Visit your account page to see all your orders and their current status.
• Use the guest lookup — In your order confirmation email, click the "View your order" link to see your order status without logging in.

Step 3 — Track your shipment

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Click that link to get the latest delivery updates from the carrier.

Please allow 1–2 business days after shipment for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Order status explained

• Order received — We have your order and are getting it ready. Most orders ship within 3–4 business days.
• Fulfilled / Shipped — Your order is on its way. Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link.
• Delivered — Your order has been delivered. If you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your building's mail area first.

Note about Etsy-synced orders

Some products in our store are also listed on Etsy. If you placed your order through Etsy, please track it directly from your Etsy purchases page. Tracking information for Etsy orders may not be available here, as those orders are managed separately through Etsy's platform.
