Laser Exhaust Fumes Window Adapter for 6” Duct - Digital Download.

(Digital Download- for 3d Print). Adapter to Connect Your Laser's 6" Smoke/Exhaust Duct to a Window Insert.

• Use for your fiber laser, co2, x-tool, OM tech, or whichever laser you have! **This is a Digital File - Not a physical product.** It takes a lot of plastic and it's a Loooonnnggg print.
• The files are an .STL for 3d printing the adapter & a PDF technical drawing of the adapter so that you have a template to use for cutting the hole that the adapter goes into the window insert.
• In the photos, you can see the wood insert I made & the ducting I use (it's a 6" duct by AC Infinity for the S6 inline fan they make). I printed mine using Sunlu PLA+ filament using my Prusa Printer and an .8 nozzle. Bed temp was 70 degrees and Nozzle was 220. I used a .4 layer with supports. Took me 7+ hours to print. I did edit the final design to get rid of the little tabs on the round part - as it was too tight!
• The 160mm round outer diameter is so tight as it is. If you are using a duct OTHER THAN the AC Infinity one - then I cannot guarantee this will fit.

What's included:

• You are only getting 2 files - as stated above. After you pay, you will have immediate download access to the .ZIP file. Download that - then you will unzip it and find the .STL file and the PDF files.
• The window insert - -you make yourself. I used 3/4" plywood, a table saw, a drill and a jigsaw. Same for the handle.
• Using the 1:1 ratio drawing as a template you can draw out the opening in the wood and cut it. I spent a lot of time designing it. There are tabs on the rectangular end to keep the adapter from falling out through the hole in the window insert.
