• Fits 86x54mm cards (NOT sports cards or regular playing cards!). Jig is 3d printed out of plastic - but simple metal business card engraving doesn't require long burns (if you did - you'd destroy your cards!). So no melting issues here (Read limitations below - Obviously not for long engraves with full coverage images on cards & No cutting!).
• Unlike a jig made out of wood, moisture will not cause this to warp or delaminate.

• +-Designed for Fiber Laser beds (and Xtool Ultras) - but will sit on any Diode, CO2, Fiber bed with bolt spacing indicated below>>>
• +-BOLT SPACING: 25mm to 50mm bolt spacing on Fiber, PLUS - now with Xtool proprietary Ultra spacing(not shown in photos).
• Bolt holes are 6mm (ultra are 4mm). Bolts not included.
  +-Fits 86x54mm Aluminum Cards (measure yours before you buy). Cards not included.
• +-Capacity: 6 Cards.
• +-Tolerances: Super Precise! There is only 0.2mm of play to allow easy in and out - tight enough for consistent accuracy.
• +-Overall Dimensions of the Jig: 212mm x 175mm.
• +-Overall Dimensions of the workspace: 175mm x 175mm - so if using Fiber Galvo - recommend a lens size larger than 175mm. (I used 300mm to design template - but a 200 would work). If using a non-galvo (i.e. CO2 or Diode bed/gantry setup - it doesn't matter as long as your bed useable workspace is 212mm long).

LIMITATIONS:

1. Do not use for cutting. Extended lasering (I.e. photos will melt). This is intended for marking new business cards - not cutting them.

2. Do not use with rotary or CNC machines. Those will move the cards unless you clamp the edges.

3. If you’re using Air Assist (commonly seen with diode/gantry machines) - the air could make the cards move. So it’s not recommended - unless the cards are clamped. Or, just turn off the air assist.

4. The Lightburn Template File will only work with Lightburn. I don't have another template for other software - but they are easy to make. I will send your Lightburn Template File after you order, via messaging or email - when I ship your jig.

5. If you’re using a diode, UV, or CO2 gantry bed (not Galvo machine) - then you may have to “ungroup” the Lightburn Template and slightly adjust the positions of the card outlines. Then regroup them & adjust accordingly for bed centering. This is because the Galvo machines have some distortion at the edges and this template was built on a Galvo bed using a 300mm lens. Easy to do. Ask questions before ordering!
