Metal Business Card Jig for XTool F1 or F2 Laser Engraver. (NOT THE ULTRA).

The Jig is a Physical Product- shipped to you!! AND you get a FREE Template ready to use after purchase designed specifically for this jig .

 **Comes with Four 3mm screws that keep the jig solid on the F1 bed so you can duplicate EXACT cards over AND over again. Drop-in JIGS just don't have the precision - since they have to have more play to fit into the bed hole.

**My jigs are always the tightest of tolerances (this one is within 0.5mm!). NO SLOP LIKE THE DROP IN STYLE JIGS.

**Easy in and out finger slot. Fits 86x54mm cards. Jig is 3d printed out of plastic - but metal card engraving doesn't require long burns (if you did - you'd destroy your cards!). So no melting issues here (Read limitations below). Unlike a jig made out of wood, moisture will not cause this to warp or delaminate.

• +-Designed for XTool F1 Laser beds - but will sit on any Diode, CO2, Fiber bed.
• +-Bolt Spacing: EXACT XTool F1 bed bolt spacing. Bolt holes are for the 3mm bolts holes in the XTool F1 bed. 4 Bolts are included. They’re 20mm long so you can GRAB them EASILY.
• +-Fits 86x54mm Aluminum Cards (measure yours before you buy). Cards not included.
• +-Capacity: 1 Card. So you can bolt it down and close the smoke lid.
• +-Tolerances: Super Precise! There is only 0.5mm of play to allow easy in and out - tight enough for consistent accuracy.
• +-FREE Template file is made for XTool F1 Creative Space and is an .XCS file.
• NOTE: Every machine has some slight differences- so make sure that 1. you’re focused - then 2. you may have to move the rectangle a half mm in any direction- but it was exact on our F1. also, the setting I have in the file is for black metal Biz cards - so you may have to change the engrave settings. and the word “test” is just there for your reference- yiu can delete it or use it for your settings. it’s customizable!!!
• FREE TEMPLATE INSTRUCTIONS: free F1 Business Card Template file for XCS. It doesn't work with Lightburn or any other software other than X-Tool Creative Space as an .XCS file.  After checkout - you can download it. NOTE: This template is made for F1 - but the F1 & F2 share the same bed spacing. So you just save this template as an F2 template.
• LIMITATIONS: Do not use for cutting. This is intended for marking new business cards - not cutting them. Ask questions before ordering!
