Each product has it's own return policy.  See that product's page and it's specific return policy.  Then, you must contact us below with your concerns.  SPECIFIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS are ON EACH PRODUCT PAGE. Be sure to add your order number, date of purchase, contact information, and the reason for your wish to return.  After that, we will determine if it complies with our returns policy.  International returns are NOT accepted.  Items broken through your own use is not accepted as a return.  We are a small shop and every product is manufactured and shipped by one person.  I verify personally every item is in sellable condition before shipping.  If an item is lost in the shipping process, please contact the shipping company. If an item is damaged in the shipping process after it leaves us - then contact the shipping company for a claim through them.

Digital File Downloads are clearly stated as such.  These may be a set of documents as plans for making something - or a file that you would use in a 3d printer to make something out of plastic (not a laser).  Read descriptions and know your equipment verbiage.

We want you to be satisfied.  However, if you place an order without fully reading the description of an item and are then disappointed because you didn't read the description - that is not a reason for a return.  (For example, "This is cheap plastic & I don't like it" - when the item clearly says it's plastic -- and not metal - is a failure to read the description.)
