Our Terms & Conditions For Using Our Website & Using Our Services.  You must read and agree to all the terms before utilizing our services.  To acknowledge these terms and conditions - click on the ACKNOWLEGEMENT BUTTON at the bottom of the page after you have read and certified that you agree to the terms and conditions.

This Website, "EngravingVancouver.com" & the Social Media Identities - including "@vancouverusa_engraving"; "@EngravingVancouverUSA" are all owned by "HotFabs,LLC" - which is a Limited Liability Corporation in the State of Washington in the United States of America.  Personal claims are protected under the LLC laws of the State of Washington.  The terms "EngravingVancouver.com" or any other names used above for marketing purposes are not the company that you are working with.  The terms here are all applicable and all business is done with HotFabs,LLC - a Washington State Limited Liability Corporation.  The term "We" & "Us" are used below refer to HotFabs,LLC.  The term "You" & "Your" & "You're" - refer you to/the person requesting our services.

Return and Refund policy:

• Due to the fully customized work & the permanent nature of the work we do with lasers - which is not reversible - each product has it's own return policy.  View the specific product for information.  However, we will work with you to achieve satisfaction.

Materials Limit of Liability:

• You agree that We are not liable for more than $100 for any item or collection of items that are damaged through the process of laser engraving or customizing.  However, we always check materials before performing any work as to their tolerance to our work processes and will refuse any items that we suspect will not withstand our processes.  If there is an accidental destruction, we will inform you and will work with you to attempt your satisfaction.

Your Consent For Use of Marketing Of the Work We Do For You:

• Unless you specifically request that we do not post (on our website, or social media) - by using our services, you agree that we may use images of your item that has been customized by us for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or any other publicly accessible media.
• We will blur out personal information (including, phone number, address, birthdate) - but will show names in these images.  

Privacy:

• We will not share your personal information to any company wanting to contact you for promotional purposes or advertising purposes.
• We do not store payment information.
• Information related to minors will be protected based upon the adult who ordered the work to be done.

Applicable Laws:

• We follow all applicable Federal, State, and local laws.  If your work is presented to us and we are aware of any laws prohibiting the services, we will decline service and may refer you to an appropriately licensed (if such exists).

Content:

• We assume that any images, materials, or art that you provide is licensed, or owned by you.  We will not assume responsibility for your failure to obtain permission to use any copyrighted materials or trademarked materials.  You agree that you will solely be responsible for any litigation, or legal obligations that could arise due to conflicts, claims or requests by another party to assume liability for illegal or inappropriate use of such content.

We reserve the right to deny service in reproducing art, copyrighted, or trademarked material that we suspect or interpret as possibly infringing on another entity's rights or claims.

• By requesting a quote or bid for service with us, you agree that we reserve the right to deny services in placing content that we deem inappropriate, nude, pornographic, lewd, vulgar, illegal in any jurisdiction or otherwise distasteful upon your items.  However, we will determine the final decision to reject words, images or art and inform you if there is a question before accomplishing such work for you before payment or deposits are accepted.

Deposits:

• If you are ordering an item that we obtain for you (some examples: cups, tumblers, awards, or any other item that you need help ordering)  - we will require full payment for the products before placing the order.  If you decide that you do not want to use the items for us to engrave or modify for you - then agree and must pay an additional 20% for the time that it took for us to arrange the order if you want to take possession of said materials or items.  If you do not pay the additional 20%, then you agree to forfeit the items and we retain possession for us with other customers.

Payments:

• We accept payments through our chosen payment processors for credit or debit cards.
• Cash paying customers can request up to a 3% discount.
• We do not accept checks unless the check is from an institution or corporation.
• We do not accept personal checks.

NOTE: 

CANCELLATION

Order for stock items can be cancelled up to 48 hours after your order has been placed as long as the item has not been packaged, crated and/ or shipped from us. Customized order CANNOT be cancelled once placed, this is no exception.

CUSTOM CONFIGURED PRODUCT

We are pleased to offer a product which is custom configured to your specifications, and encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order can not be changed, modified or canceled once your order is in production.

SALES TAX

HotFabs,LLC will include sales tax based on our location (Vancouver, WA - USA) and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will be applied if you are having an item shipped to you. If the sales tax rate for the state in which your order is shipping changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply. The proof of purchase that HotFabs,LLC mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

TAX-EXEMPT ORDERS

If your order is being placed on behalf of a tax-exempt organization, you can request that your terms account be set up as tax exempt. Be prepared to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is shipping (i.e. copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate or Letter). The organization name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not accepted.

DELIVERY

NEVER SIGN FOR ANY PACKAGE BEFORE YOU INSPECT IT. You must look at the package(s) to see if there is any damage. We recommend that you open each package regardless of the exterior of the carton(s) look like since there can be concealed damage. Once you signed for package(s) it becomes your sole responsibility. If the driver will not let you open the package(s) then fully inspect the outside of each carton and note any damages on the bill of landing such as the following: “Driver would not allow inspection prior to signing”. If there is sign of damage it is your discrete to received the package(s) or refuse it. If you are intentionally refused the shipment you are RESPONSIBLE for any additional shipping fee that may occurs. However, the damaged is too obvious please document as much as possible including taking pictures if it is necessary and refuse the shipment and call us immediately. All damages claims must be fill within 48 hours of delivery. No claim can be processed after that time. IF YOU DO NOT MAKE NOTE OF DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY TICKETS OR FOLLOW OUR GUIDE LINES, IT BECOMES YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All HotFabs,LLC hardware and software products, including clearance and refurbished products are carry Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Note: Products sold by HotFabs,LLC which do not bear theHotFabs,LLC Brand name are serviced and supported exclusively by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions package with the products. HotFabs,LLC 's Limited Warranty does not apply to products that are not HotFabs,LLC-Branded, even if packaged is sold withHotFabs,LLC products.

BINDING AGREEMENT

By accessing this Website, you agree that these Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you, and HotFabs,LLC (EngravingVancouver & all other variations of the social media tags shown at the top of this document). If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not use this Website. HotFabs,LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time; accordingly, you should review these Terms and Conditions each time you view the Website. Your continued use of this Website signifies that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as they may be amended.
